Francesca Bucci - Co-Founder and Principal, AIA Associate

Francesca Bucci has over 18 years of interior design and architecture experience in all aspects of hospitality, commercial, retail design and development.  Francesca heads BG Studio’s premiere maritime division and has worked directly for over a decade defining the architectural branding of Celebrity Cruises and Royal Caribbean fleets.

Francesca’s portfolio of successful projects include: the Hotel Pierre, New York; commercial spaces for Trump International; designer boutiques for Valentino, Donna Karan, DKNY, Barney's and Bloomingdale's.  Prior to starting her own firm Francesca worked with Birch Coffey Design Associates, Peter Marino Architects, Perkins & Will and Polshek & Partners.

Her design and business opinions are frequently requested, and she has lectured on topics ranging from women in business; international design trends; holistic living and New York architecture.

Francesca is a registered architect in Rome, Italy and holds a Masters Degree in Architecture from the University of Rome and a Diploma of Construction Management from New York University.  She is a current member of American Institute of Architects and Professional Women in Construction. She is also fluent in Italian, French and English.
