A resident manhattanite was impressed by BGSI’s public Interiors and model apartments and so commissioned the designers to recreate the magic for his own private apartment a stone's throw away from  the new Time Warner Center.

Manhattan’s Upper East Side (UES) was the inspiration for the apartment.  The neighborhood has been a known for rich socialites with an air eof dandyism and high culture.
