A central column gives the impression of a telescoping lens while ribbons of multicolored film rolls swirl throughout the room, linking external activity/lounge pods together.  A cantilevered stage spills into a central dance floor, bringing music into the heart of the room.  Lush Pao Rose and Mottled Moire woods, custom designed furniture and a back painted glass bar allow all patrons unobstructed views of the performers or people-watching each other.

BG Studio International Inc. was selected to redesign and rebrand Royal Caribbean’s signature Bolero Lounge for the Enchantment of the Seas cruise ship.  The multifunction space is used during the day as an activity center for patrons who wish to engage in art & crafts as well as board games.  At night the lounge shines as a bar/lounge entertainment venue, featuring live performers as well as a state of the art sound system and DJ.

The excitement of a movie premiere and the presence of camera flashing paparazzi was the inspiration for BGSI’s reinterpretation of this Latin themed lounge – an exciting combination of movie star chic and sexy Salsa movements blend with metropolitan flavor to give this space sophistication and energy.
