Race Bar - A whimsical wooden trough feature plays homage to aquavit –the food of life for both spectator and subject alike.  Madrona Burr wood is lavished throughout the space with LED lighting accents integrated in the floors, walls and ceilings.

Entertainment Lounge - Marquetry woods, such as African Wenge and Zebra wood are masterfully juxtaposed against bright liquid leather upholstered banquettes.  A red fiberglass ribbon detail, weaves its way through the room - on the walls and along the lit floor, reminding patrons that the finish line is part of the journey not just a destination.

BG Studio International Inc. was asked to define the entertainment spaces of a planned multi-million dollar Racetrack and Casino Complex in New York City.  While the project is currently on hold BGSI’s designs were integral in helping the developers to set the cosmopolitan tone of this urban entertainment retreat.

Aqueduct’s Entertainment Lounge was created with an overall goal of eliminating the mechanical feel of the traditional racetrack environment by incorporating organic elements to focus spectators’ attention on the majesty of nature in motion.
