An emphasis was placed on modernizing all the lighting and signage details to make the building both stylish and more functional for residents and their guests. Custom carpet  lavished the hallways with faux silk wallcovering punctuated with satin nickel decorative wallsconces and ceiling pendants throughout.

The slick contemporary attitude of a boutique hotel was the inspiration for this renovation project.
