Classic opulent materials were lavished all throughout the public spaces, including: Rojo Alicante, Giallo Reale and Dolce Perlato marbles, warm sumptuous fabrics accented by neutral overtones; with Natural Cherry wood. The atmosphere is worthy of royalty and yet domestic in its character that surely would recall a home on top of one of the best cities in the world.

Marbella is Roseland Property Company's luxury residence in Jersey City, NJ and the tallest residential building in Jersey City at 40 stories. BG Studio International Inc. is delighted to have designed many of the public interiors for this luxury rental property on the Hudson River overlooking Manhattan. As New Jersey's housing boom continues to soar, it seems that high style living is no longer just a 212 phenomenon.
INSPIRATION
The relaxed glamour of southern Spain reinterpreted for a cosmopolitan 21st century lifestyle. As well as, the highly evocative palaces and paradors of Spain was also creatively employed for a highly exclusive and glamorous surrounding.
