An oval recessed cove ceiling sets the scene in the grand lobby of Livingston, which also features Borneo beige marble floors with accents of Inca Gold marble and the luxury of Michelangelo marble. The lobby is adorned with a palette of exquisite woods including exotic anigre wood wall panels, emphasized with ebonized mahogany.  These magnificent materials are offset by a custom designed Baldinger alabaster chandelier and encircled by warm, rich, golden tones throughout the building.

A $60 million dollar revitalization plan for New Jersey’s Livingston Town Center includes mixed use residential and commercial spaces converting the former shopping plaza into a dynamic new destination location for residents and shopper alike.  The project was developed through a partnership among Roseland Property Company; Eastman Management Corporation and Jacobs Enterprises.

The grand movie sets of 1940s Hollywood inspired the golden era public spaces of Livingston Town Center.  A synergy of opulent ovals and sensuous curves bring to mind the curvy starlets from this bygone era of glamour and intrigue.
